Orders and Acceptance
By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that the personal information provided is accurate.
You cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted. All orders are expressly subject to our approval. Please notify us immediately of any errors in the confirmation.
We ship only to Canada and the United States.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage. For the best experience, we recommend placing all your purchases in a single order.
Minimum Order
A minimum order of 12 cookies is required for delivery.
Order Deadline
Please place your order at least 48 business hours before your desired delivery date. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, and standard delivery times range from 1 to 4 business days.
Tracking :
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the expected delivery date and a tracking number. You can track your package on the Canada Post website by entering this tracking number in the appropriate field.

For special occasions or large orders (gifts, parties, corporate events), take advantage of discounts on our regular prices.
Also, ask about the possibility of having Aleksya and Anne-Lys on site to serve the cookies and talk about their creations.
